In this episode of the CLP Interview Series, Dr. Seth Vannareth, the permanent representative of Cambodia with WMO and adviser to the Ministry of Water Resources and Metrology Cambodia, discusses the country's drought challenges and how the CREWS program supports solutions like enhanced early warning systems and capacity building.
