Sand and dust storms do not stop at national borders, and neither do their causes. The session will bring together governments, regional institutions, technical experts and development partners from across the region to discuss how we can move from fragmented responses towards regional cooperation, coordinated action and investment.
We will explore the links between water and land management, transboundary risks, early warning, regional cooperation and financing for SDS resilience.
