Raising Adaptation Impact and Ambition (RAIA) is inviting proposals to support research on the economics of climate change adaptation across Africa.
The call will fund country-specific research to help governments strengthen financial decision-making and integrate adaptation into national planning and budgeting. Selected experts will work closely with Ministries of Finance to ensure policy relevance and impact.
RAIA is a UK Aid-funded initiative under the CLARE Programme, led by the United Nations Environment Programme in partnership with the Stockholm Environment Institute Africa.
